Emirates and Virgin America Airlines have given the most proficient in-flight passenger experience among all worldwide airline carriers today. Emirates Airline led in providing the best passenger services, according to an online surveil led by the Airline Passenger Experience Association. Emirates held the top position in the 2011 Passenger Choice Awards with a flutter of more than 50 planes equipped with in-flight entertainment, while Virgin America Airlines led those with a flutter of less than 50 planes.
The awards comprised mainly of 14 categories where both of the airlines ennobled in most of them and they were found to be the best in their respective regions and rightest in-flight video experience for Virgin America. Another airline, V Australia succeeded the best user interface in the skies, while Oman Air got the best connectivity during the flights award and it is also the foremost airline offering long-haul broadband services.
